Language Access

The City of Colorado Springs provides language access services at no charge to individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) who wish to utilize programs, services, or activities offered by the City. Fair Housing

The Fair Housing Act is a subsection of the Civil Rights Act of 1968. As amended, the Act prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings, and in other housing-related transactions, based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, and disability. In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the City of Colorado Springs will not discriminate against individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities.
